This is self explanatory. If this numbers are right… which I suspect they may be.. then there is something terribly wrong how the world is working.

I wish god or some mad scientist comes up with a App that can take us back to Copper Age. And an arrow to shoot the first guy who comes up with a Business Plan π
Wow, those statistics are unbelievable. The part about how 130 billion a year of relief aide goes to the poor countries but 2 trillion a year to the rich ones is staggering. And for 300 of the richest people to have more money than 3 billion of the poorest is ridiculous.
The idea that going back to the bronze age would be good idea is so naive it’s unbelievable. Most of the world is better off than it was 100 years ago and far better off than it was 200 years ago. When you adjust for population growth this is the most prosperous and peaceful period in human history. What is it about mankind that always fixates on the negative. It seems every generation believes things are bad, the past was better, and we’re living in the end times. The only way to achieve income equality is to make everyone poor.
“This is my long-run forecast in brief:
The material conditions of life will continue to get better for most people, in most countries, most of the time, indefinitely. Within a century or two, all nations and most of humanity will be at or above todayβs Western living standards
.
I also speculate, however, that many people will continue to think and say that the conditions of life are getting worse.”
– Julian Simon Professor of Economics, University of Maryland (1932-98)
Hey, Henshaw! ‘ll disagree with u on that π cause all the facts are well-known n’don’t think this video is making news.’d rather say statistics aren’t about fixation on negative but a reality check n only ignorant people can say there is nothing wrong when common sense says everything is wrong.
As far as Copper Age goes, we know nothing about those times n one day we can be pleasantly surprised to learn how advanced n happy people were π
Speak for yourself about knowledge of the Bronze Age. The average life expectancy during the Bronze Age was 18.
Reblogged this on wow!.
